We guarantee a 100% natural-looking tan, free of orange tones. If you're not satisfied with your results after following all prep and aftercare instructions, we'll offer a complimentary re-application with a different shade or a full refund of your session.

_Conditions:_

- To be eligible for our guarantee, you must report any issues within 72 hours of your appointment.

- The following skin issues may affect the quality of your tan and are excluded from our guarantee:

 - Tinea versicolor (skin fungus)

 - Vitiligo

 - Chronic dry skin

 - Overly oily skin

 - Severe eczema or psoriasis

 - Recent sunburns (must be fully healed before application)

 - Failure to exfoliate or follow prep instructions

 - Certain medications that may affect skin tone or texture (e.g., steroids, antibiotics)
