Appointment Policy

Each appointment is very important to me because I reserve this time just for you! You will receive a confirmation email upon booking, one text/email reminder 24 hours prior to your upcoming appointment, (text messaging is optional) Cancellations are required (24) hours prior to your upcoming appointment and rescheduling at minimum (8) hrs prior to appointment. By booking, you have agreed to this cancellation & rescheduling policy as listed. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must provide a MINIMUM of twenty-four (24) or eight (8) hours notice for whichever applies. This is a strict policy, no exceptions. No Shows and last-minute cancellations/rescheduling (less than, 24hrs for cancelled and eight (8) hours prior notice for rescheduling will forfeit $35 deposit, if you have rescheduled less of eight(8) hrs or cancelled less than 24hrs more then one time, you will be required to pay full price for session booked or missed appointment. Frequent noncompliance of policy, will result in a credit card being required to book an appointment. Credit Cards will not be charged unless you are a no-show or last-minute cancellation (less than twenty-four (24) hours)/Rescheduling(less than eight (8) hrs. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule or wait for the next available appointment as on-time appointments are taken first. This policy allows me to accurately inform all clients of my availability and provide the best customer service to everyone.
