Each tanning appointment is very important to me because I reserve this time just for you! You will receive a confirmation email upon booking, along with one text/email reminder 24 hours prior to your upcoming appointment (text messaging is optional). Our cancellation and rescheduling policy requires that you notify us at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance for cancellations and a minimum of eight (8) hours prior for rescheduling. By booking, you agree to adhere to this cancellation and rescheduling policy as outlined. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, it is essential to provide the required notice. This is a strict policy with no exceptions. No-shows and last-minute cancellations or rescheduling (less than 24 hours for cancellations and less than eight (8) hours for rescheduling) will result in forfeiting your $35 deposit. If you reschedule with less than eight (8) hours notice or cancel less than 24 hours more than once, you will be required to pay the full price for the session booked or missed. Frequent noncompliance with our tan booking rules may lead to a credit card being required for future appointments. Rest assured, credit cards will not be charged unless you are a no-show or make a last-minute cancellation or rescheduling. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule or wait for the next available appointment, as on-time appointments take priority. This tanning appointment policy allows me to accurately inform all clients of my availability and provide the best customer service to everyone.
