Coast Beach Tan Cancellation Policy, we require a deposit upfront to book appointments, this policy is in place to reduce the incurrent loss from last minute cancellations, and no call/ no shows. 

Most of all sessions require a deposit fee of $35..(the exception is 50% for Mobile Services - “Glam Parties,” and “Weddings, as explained on our site).

Non-canceled appointments within a 24-hour window,  will forfeit deposits. 

Clients who fail to show or call (cancellation policy) are herein notified of forfeiture of deposit and Credit Card incurring a charge of 50% of booked service, FOR NO CALL/NO SHOWS.

 Fees apply (TBD price) based on case to case basis. When making an appointment, we will send a specified retainer fee & deposit total, this will also act as your receipt, please keep this for your records. 

 We offer convenient forms of payment. We use Apple Pay, Venmo and PayPal, we do accept all major credit cards. (No Checks please)  (disclaimer, clients who fail to cancel (24-hour policy) that have purchased single sessions or packages, will lose 1 session as service rendered for loss of booking slot.
